Message: This is such a fun and unique experience! I wondered in with my 4 year old after she broke the beautiful Maine seaglass bracelet I bought for her an hour earlier at a vendor. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. I asked if they could fix her bracelet as she was so upset. They instantly offered to fix it (at a cost, they were very upfront about this). Savannah helped us, and she was very sweet. My daughter picked out a necklace for us to build together (word of warning, never bead with a 4yo, unless you are mentally prepared! ). I ended up doing it alone, while she bounced off my lap, with the beads and my concentration on overload. The other saleswoman -I don't know her name, but she was training Savannah, came to help. She guided me through the process to make it easier. It was such a nice time. I hope to make it back up to Maine, and when I do, this is on my list! So fun and different! I should note; 1. We forgot the extra beads from our kit, and came back within the hour, after the had restocked it -no complaints, they retrieved the beads, plus some, 2. My daughter broke her charm (because of course! ), and they did fix it, so THANK YOU!
